Insurance Plans

We participate with Vision Service Plan , EyeMed, Medicare, Pacificare, Secure Horizons, Met Life, Aetna, and most other vision insurance. Please call our office to determine if we accept your vision insurance.

Please note that effective January 1, 2007 we no longer accept Vision Benefits of America.

Since vision benefits must be authorized prior to your appointment, please have your vision insurance information available when you call our office to schedule your appointment.
