Please note that effective January 1, 2007 we no longer accept Vision Benefits of America.

Since vision benefits must be authorized prior to your appointment, please have your vision insurance information available when you call our office to schedule your appointment. If you schedule an appointment online, select the appropriate insurance from the list provided. You will be contacted to verify the insurance information.
